In these two private sessions, couples will get a deep understanding of birth - everything from physiology, the role of your support team, creating your birth space, common interventions, pain relief and comfort measures and questions to ask your care provider.
We will also create a comprehensive birth plan to ensure all your medical, emotional and spiritual considerations are catered to. Includes 30 minutes of consultation to modify birth map.

This private session will allow you and your partner to prepare for all aspects of life after the arrival of your baby/babies!
